Confirmation,
not just distribution.
When a document changes, the team that uses it is automatically prompted to acknowledge — with optional quizzes that confirm understanding, not just receipt. External LMS completions flow in via xAPI. Real training records, not email read-receipts.
Your Training Hub
Welcome back, S. Romero · Press operator · 8 items pendingDocument changes prompt training automatically.
When a document is approved with a substantive revision, the team members who depend on it are automatically prompted to acknowledge the change in their Training Hub. No separate distribution list, no manual triggering, no missed updates. Substantive vs. minor controls whether training is required; acknowledgement is timestamped and pinned to the exact version.
Confirm understanding, not just receipt.
A signature next to a document title proves nothing. A passed quiz on the actual content does. Configurable passing %, answer shuffling, per-question references back to the source section, and failed-attempt routing through the document before retry.
Everything a learner owes, in one Hub.
No more chasing read-receipts in email or hunting for an LMS login. The Training Hub is the single source of truth for every team member.
Pending acknowledgements front and center
Document changes prompt every affected team member to acknowledge — and the prompts surface at the top of their Training Hub. No chasing, no reminder emails.
Internal + external in one view
Internal courses and external xAPI completions sit beside read-and-understood prompts. The team member knows what they owe; the manager knows what's outstanding.
Retrain due-dates with overdue badges
Configurable retrain intervals per course. Overdue and Due-soon badges make stale training visible — to the learner and to the audit.
Frozen completion history
Every confirmation, course completion, and quiz attempt is preserved against the exact document or course version. Audit reconstruction shows what was understood at the time.
Internal training, built where your documents live.
Authors compose courses out of the work instructions, SOPs, and reference materials that already exist in QFormance. Learners take them inside the same Hub. Records freeze to the version they completed against.
Compose a course in five minutes.
Pull modules from existing documents and videos, attach a quiz, set the retrain interval, and assign by role or team. Approval chain runs the same as any controlled document.
After installing the light curtain assembly, restart sequence must be performed in order: (a) verify the curtain LED is solid green, (b) press RESET on the operator panel, (c) turn the key-switch to ON, then (d) initiate the start cycle from the HMI…
What an operator actually sees.
Module list with progress, a player that handles video, document content, or images, and a quiz that gates completion. No login to a second system, no separate password.
Document modules
Pin a section of an existing WI or SOP as a module. The course always reflects the latest approved version of that content.
Video + file modules
Embed video links (YouTube, Vimeo, internal SharePoint) or attach PDFs and slide decks. Track watch-through and required-view duration.
Quiz authoring
Multiple-choice and true/false. Configurable pass %, answer shuffle, attempt limit, and per-question reference back to source content.
Retrain & assignment
Assign by role, team, location, or named user. Set an annual retrain or trigger it on document changes. Overdue badges surface on the Hub.
Already have an LMS? Keep it.
QFormance ingests external completions over xAPI from Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or any LMS that speaks the standard. External courses appear next to internal ones in the Hub, drive the same retrain dates, and roll up into the same audit-ready records.
A training number you can trust.
Completion %, median time-to-confirmation, and a confirmation trend curve. Numbers that show whether training is keeping up with change — not just whether the boxes were ticked. Drill down to the exact version a person confirmed against.
The people doing the work get the whole training stack.
Read & Acknowledge users see the same Training surface as your full team — internal courses, external xAPI completions, document acknowledgements — at $3 a seat in blocks of 25. That's how whole-workforce training rollout actually pencils out.
Internal courses, on the floor
Operators take the same in-system courses your QMS team builds — same quiz, same retrain interval, same completion record. No separate LMS for the people actually doing the work.
External LMS completions flow in
When training runs in Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or a regulator portal, xAPI completions land on the R&A user's record automatically. One training file per employee, regardless of where the course ran.
Priced for everyone
$3 per user per month, sold in blocks of 25. R&A seats don't count toward the Full-user cap, so a 200-person plant with 35 Full users + 165 R&A users still sits cleanly on Professional or Business.
