Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Full users and Read & Acknowledge?
Full users do everything — create NCRs, own CAPAs, run audits, manage documents, approve in workflow. Read & Acknowledge users view any controlled document they have access to, complete every form of assigned training (internal courses with quizzes, external xAPI completions from your LMS, document acknowledgements with e-signature), and use Ask the Library. That's the whole training stack at $3/user/mo in blocks of 25 — the math that makes whole-workforce training rollout actually work.
How does AI pricing work?
AI is available on every tier. Choose BYOK (bring your own Anthropic key, $49/mo flat — included on Business) and pay Anthropic directly for token consumption, or Managed AI ($39/$79/$149 per tier) where we bundle a baseline of token usage into the monthly fee. Switch between them at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from billing settings. Changes prorate immediately. The full-user hard caps (10 on Starter, 30 on Professional) do force the upgrade conversation when your team grows past those points — by design.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You add payment details to continue. During the trial, AI features and large storage are limited to keep costs predictable; you can purchase a $10 AI sample bucket if you want to try the AI features before committing. If you don't convert, your org goes read-only for 30 days (giving you a window to come back) and is then permanently deleted.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. The Business tier includes a 4-hour guided setup at no extra charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from billing settings. Annual contracts are not refunded mid-term, but you keep access through the paid period.
